Salesforce Systems Analyst

 

Location: Rehovot area | Full-time | Hybrid position


About the Role:

A Welfare organization is seeking a Salesforce Systems Analyst to join our Information Systems Division.

This role involves leading the analysis, implementation, and optimization of processes within Salesforce as part of the organization’s digital transformation.

The selected candidate will report to the Head of Development & Project Management and will lead cross-organizational initiatives, translating business needs into effective technological solutions.


Key Responsibilities:

Analyze and design business processes and implement them in Salesforce

Translate user requirements into actionable system solutions

Identify gaps between current systems and desired outcomes; propose technical alternatives

Write detailed functional and technical specification documents

Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) and provide user support

Manage interfaces with development teams, external vendors, project managers, and internal stakeholders

Perform ongoing maintenance, troubleshooting, and upgrades of the Salesforce platform

Take part in leading new digital initiatives based on Salesforce


Requirements:

At least 3 years of experience as a Systems Analyst in a Salesforce environment

Proven hands-on experience in implementation, deployment, and maintenance of Salesforce systems

Experience in analyzing complex business processes and writing detailed requirements and process diagrams

Background in working within large organizations or social/nonprofit sectors – an advantage

Familiarity with requirement management tools, CRM platforms, and methodologies (Agile / Waterfall)

Experience with documentation, planning, and task tracking tools such as JIRA or Monday.com

Strong interpersonal skills, system-wide thinking, and business acumen

Relevant academic degree in Industrial Engineering, Information Systems, Software Engineering, or a related field
